MBT Discord Login

Replaces the standard WordPress login with Discord OAuth. On every login, the member's Discord roles are mapped to a WordPress role automatically. Stores member identity (Discord ID, username, avatar) and uses the Discord CDN avatar everywhere WordPress would normally show a Gravatar. Single sign-on between your Discord server and your site.
