MBT Role Mapping

Companion to MBT Discord Login. Adds an admin UI for mapping Discord roles to WordPress roles, plus "fleet group" categorization (Org / Ally / Visitor) used by other MBT plugins. Pulls the live Discord role list with one click — no copying and pasting IDs.
